Trainer thought of the day:
“There’s no way I’m going over on calories, I’m having salads everyday!”
Well here’s how you ruin a salad. 360 calorie dressing, cheese, bacon and croutons. So now we’re at around, 700 calories and we haven’t even got to the actual salad.
My advice, learn to read labels, and choose lower calorie dressings, because your “heathy salad” can easily be 1,200 calories when it’s all said and done.
The problem isn’t the “evil gluten” it’s that we are gluttons.
