Leo Carreon
Founder & Head Coach
Leo is living proof that real change is possible through education, accountability, and consistent effort. After making a complete lifestyle shift, he lost over 200 pounds in two years — and more importantly, has maintained that transformation for years. His journey became the foundation for a healthier, stronger, and more fulfilled life, shaping the way he approaches fitness and coaching today.
As a certified personal trainer and transformation specialist, Leo leads with an education-first mindset. He helps individuals understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and pursue long-term progress across a wide range of goals, from weight loss and strength development to overall health and performance. Through Make It Happen, Leo has built a community grounded in support, structure, and shared growth — meeting people where they are and guiding them toward becoming the strongest version of themselves, inside and outside the gym.


Jaiza Miranda
Coach
Jaiza has been a dedicated member of the Make It Happen community for over seven years, and her journey reflects everything the program stands for. After losing over 100 pounds, Jaiza didn’t just transform her body — she reshaped her mindset, discipline, and relationship with fitness. Her experience inside the community gives her a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges clients face at every stage of their journey.
Certified in December, Jaiza has completed over 240 hours of direct coaching mentorship, working closely alongside Leo to develop her coaching approach. She now offers one-on-one in-person training as well as online coaching, providing personalized support with flexibility and consistency. Clients who train with Jaiza receive the same education-driven programming, accountability, and care that define Make It Happen. As part of the coaching team, Jaiza supports both new and existing clients — helping ensure continuity, structure, and momentum as individuals work toward their goals.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
For those of us who need a little extra motivation, this is your answer! Create your own group of up to four friends or join one of our group classes. Watch the competitive nature of your group come out as you all take steps together in reaching your goals.

PROGRAMING
Fitness is equal parts science and art. Successful
programming is designed around your goals and needs and serves to help the client achieve an optimal and realistic life balance. In short, fitness programming is about your training and goals, not just doing random exercises.
Nutrition goes hand and hand with programing. We work with clients to create healthy eating behaviors and empower clients to take responsibility for their own health. They are mentors and leaders who guide their clients toward a healthier lifestyle.
